An American Casserole Inspired By A French Classic

Tartiflette is a delicious potato, cheese and pork casserole that can only be made in the authentic tradition with reblochon cheese.  Unfortunately, reblochon cheese is not available in the United States due to regulations against raw milk cheese that is not aged for a certain period.  The casserole is good made with other cheeses those, so here is my take on a French classic made with cheese available at your local grocery store.
