Cooking From Scratch: Onion Bloom With Sauce

Every Spring, I get all excited and impatient for the first Vidalias of the season.  In my opinion, Vidalias are the very best onion of all time.  There are so many ways to use them, but I suggest that you try an Onion Bloom at least once.  Pretty and delicious.  It is a win win.
