Grandma Velma’s Old Fashioned Southern Fried Corn

I grew up around women who cooked – – I mean real cooking, all from scratch.  When Fred and I married, we lived for a short time next door to his Grandma Velma.  What a learning experience.  She taught me so many things.

Here is one of my favorites and I cook it in her cast iron skillet.
