Cooking From Scratch: Amish Onion Patties

On Mondays, I cook supper for my Mother. I always try to make one new, special thing. This Monday, it was these scrumptious Amish Onion Patties. You can serve them as a side dish, as a substitute for hash browns, as an easier version of onion rings, or as a bread, which is what I did.

These are easy to make and delicious. Give them a try!
